Jiaming Li

Hi, I’m Jiaming.

Computer Science MSc, University College Cork. I map how a process really runs, then design and build the tool, integration or AI-assisted step that improves it. My current role in European and North American Amazon operations keeps me close to the day-to-day work those systems have to fit.

01

Map the real process

Find where the work actually breaks before choosing a fix.

02

Turn a process into a tool

From spreadsheet workflows to tools people use.

03

Connect data and AI into the workflow

Data flows and AI steps, with people in the loop.

Professional experience

May 2026 — Present

Cross-border E-commerce Operations

Triple A internetshops GmbH · Shenzhen
  • Run Amazon operations for 8 European marketplaces (incl. UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and 3 in North America (US, CA, MX), each with 2,000+ ASINs, in a business with eight-figure annual revenue (USD).
  • Analyse sales, traffic, fees and competitor data to find the store’s real problems, then fix them through listing copy, localisation and advertising campaigns.
  • Seller Central
  • Helium 10
  • Keepa
  • Amalytix
Jan — Apr 2026

Data Platform Full-stack Engineer

Sun Yat-sen University · Shenzhen
  • Co-developed a real-time monitoring platform connecting data ingestion, storage and reporting.
  • Worked with InfluxDB and MySQL time-series data for monitoring and anomaly analysis.
  • InfluxDB
  • MySQL

Data Analyst & Research Assistant

MaREI, University College Cork · Ireland
  • Developed MCDA models to compare tyre-recovery alternatives and make decision criteria explicit.
  • Used Python for data cleaning, validation and sensitivity analysis.
  • Python
  • Excel
  • JavaScript

MCDA Tool ↗

Turned an Excel-based research analysis into a web decision tool where criteria, weights and trade-offs are visible and adjustable.

Drone Monitoring ↗

Connects an HTTP API, time-series storage and a WebSocket feed into a live monitoring dashboard (simulated telemetry).

How I work

Six steps, whatever the fix turns out to be.

  1. 1

    Understand how it runs today

Walk the process with the people who run it.

    Experience →
  2. 2

    Agree what “better” means

    Write requirements and acceptance criteria.

  3. 3

    Design the future state

Map the to-be process and data flow.

    Process map →
  4. 4

    Build or configure

Build the smallest tool that does the job.

    MCDA →
  5. 5

    Test and roll out

Test with users, then hand over.

  6. 6

    Measure and improve

Track the result; keep a person in the loop.

Data is pulled and checked the same way every week; people only look at flagged metrics and decide what to change.
